- Check the signature On Windows, right-click the file → Properties → Digital Signatures should show [SIGNING ENTITY]. On macOS the app is notarized and opens without a warning.
If anything doesn’t match, delete the file and don’t run it. Download again from this page only, and tell us in a support ticket where you got the bad copy.
